emcee---MC

Niat mau cerita pengalaman pertama jadi emcee...tapi malas la..sape mau baca.??

Tapi d day before kejadian...

Malam...-Aku mimpi hantu sampai sesak nafas dibuatnya
Mimpi.....-Aku mimpi pulak jd cegu sekolah ngajar kwn2 aku yg xhabis blaja lagi (slow gile depa tu dah berbelas thn masih form 5)...ank murid keras pala xnak dgr ckp sampai aku bangun tidu jd tensen dan geram pulak....

Pagi...-Bangun seawal 530 pagi..takut terlambat punye pasal
............-Akif main krim muka..sambil dijilat2nye krim tu lps tu sedap2 pulak pegang tdg sama baju aku yg cantek sgt pg ni...Habis keputihan latdg n baju ku itew...xsempat mau tukar...jalan ajerla...

Di Opis....-Rembat Kak Bit punye blazer sebab mau cover baju n tdg yg dh kotor...nasib baik ada penyelamat...

Di Event....-Alhamdulillah semuanya OK...receive la beberapa thumb up...best per suara I jadik emcee...sambil2 brgn jd wan zaleha radzi

Agak2nya apa?

Hari ni bakal berlaku sesuatu ...

Hari ni mungkin juga betul instinct aku..

Hari ni..ptg ni..atau malam ni..kita bakal tau...

Disebabkan berlaku sesuatu kelalaian atau ketidaksengajaan...
Maka nak xnak...beb ari ni kau kena berdepan dgn aku...

Tak sabar ni nak tau...just get ready...
Nak ke aku print sekarang...? Ops..xpe xpe...relek dulu .

Plan kena baik punye la...
Yg penting...semuanya urusan Allah...whatever happens..

Tugasan yang x sanggup!

MInggu ni minggu last aku kena siapkan tugasan PTK..Ade 2 kena buat...aku pilih tajuk Komunikasi dengan Laman Web.

Tajuk cam sonang la..tp bila aku dah taip..maka merapu la jadinya...Baca sekali cam OK..2kali cam mangkuk...3kali baik xyah baca.

Maka ata skesibukan kerja2 opis yg aku buat2 suka ni..aku bg final word kat boss aku..( wah final tu)...Aku kata kat dia...

"Puan, lps ni kalau ada apa2 perubahan mintak Kak **** buat la . Sayua nak buat tugasan..2 tugasan saya kena buat..ape pon x setat lagik..."

Boss aku yg best tu pon kata

"o ye ke...tajuk apa? Hari Sabtu ahad xleh buat eh? X sempat eh?..yela anak2 lagi kan"

ehmmm..tau xpa..Abih kalu dah sumer keje aku kena setel..ape kehalnye...???Adalah menjadi tanggungjawab aku untuk mementingkan diri sendri waktu2 cenggini...OK!

Maka aku buatla tugasan dengan penulisan yg huh...xsanggup seh nak baca. Last2 aku buat la entry baru ni sebab korang tentunya sanggup mau baca..kan..kan..kan...ngehngeh..

Kerja yang x pernah habis!

Hari ni aku cuti lagi...bertujuan untuk rehat..kemas umah yg dah mcm tongkang pecah...(aku pelik bile ada juga org boleh hidup dlm umah yg sepah...baju skit punye lawa..umah cam lori sampah...!!! giler)

Hajat mau tidu lps subuh..tp En Adib kejut la sbb die kena keje...baju die aku x iron lagik...so aku secepat kilat iron baju n buat sandwich..aku buat cepat giler sampai aku pon takjub!!...

En Adib abis mandi..sandwich n milo dah siap..baju pon dh gantung!...mengagumkan..sebab masa die pi mandi aku masih berlingkaran atast tilam...weheheh..

Pastu Akif plak bangun...die sudah kuar pintu dan amik kasut die..nak ikut abah die la tu...sori not this time..

Lps adib p keje...aku mandikan akif,bg die susu..kemas2 umah...basuh2 pinggan...buang sampah..lipat baju yg dah seminggu...Then Abrar bangun..mandikan die, pakaikan baju...mesti kena cubit sbb suker lari2..!

Kemas umah lagi..nda puas hati..mop lantai,tukar langsir..padahal br je tukar langsir sliding door 2 minggu.kali ni sumer langsir aku tukar...aku cepat boring dan mau muntah!

Pastu masak..simple aje..sup sayur campur...suap anak2 mkn..mkn xsepah x sah...kemas umah lagik...penat! masuk baring2..anak2..main2 kat ruang tamu..tb2 Akif dtg dgn 2 biskut di tangan....adoiiiwaiiii...sepah plak dlm bilik...

Depa main dlm bilik...panjat sana sini..sepahkan baju..makan biiskut....haku start mau hanginnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!..Jadi aku kemas lagik!!

Ni kejap lg nk solat asar n buat bread puding....see..aku tetap wanita/isteri solehah walaupon penat giler.....mau juga buat desert...bg special skit en.adib balik dpt mkn desert....

OHhhh..assignment x buat lagik!!!.....

PT* 1....harap tiada jodoh jumpa lagi

Alhamdulillah...lega dah abis PTK. Penat n letih, xcukup tido..xcukup study jugak....so camne jawab exam?

Jawab je la apa die tanya...aku buat kiraan markah sndr tuk ujian bertulis fungsional..minumum atas idung la..50/50. Tu la..sape suh x study...weh..study ape...kul 5pg br tido...ape yg distudy pon xtau la...

Format exam kali ni boleh thn menarik jugak...ada 2 tugasan lg kena buat n submit.Xbuat apa lagi pon...Insyaallah esok la buat.Xdan nak buat kat opis nnt...bz banget...huhuu..tensen...

harap...Lulus cemerlang la..xmau jumpa lagi next year.Next year nk p oversea plak..master..eheheheheh berangan ...amin..amin...

Sgt letihla...rasa down pulak tuk baby kali ni..xbersemangat....:(

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths. It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and when to eat.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?

IT MEANS NOT EATING FRUITS AFTER YOUR MEALS! * FRUITS SHOULD BE EATEN ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.


If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.

FRUIT IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOOD.

Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so.

In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil....

So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals!


You have heard people complaining — every time I eat watermelon I burp, when I eat durian my stomach bloats up, when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc — actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach. The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat!

Graying hair, balding, nervous outburst, and dark circles under the eyes all these will NOT happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter. If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the Secret of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only fresh fruit juice, NOT from the cans. Don't even drink juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice. If you should drink the juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.


You can go on a 3-day fruit fast to cleanse your body. Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the 3 days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

ORANGE : Sweetest medicine. Taking 2-4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessens the risk of colon cancer.

WATERMELON: Coolest thirst quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione, which helps boost our immune system. They are also a key source of lycopene — the cancer fighting oxidant. Other nutrients found in watermelon are vitamin C & Potassium.

GUAVA & PAPAYA: Top awards for vitamin C. They are the clear winners for their high vitamin C content.. Guava is also rich in fiber, which helps prevent constipation. Papaya is rich in carotene; this is good for your eyes.

Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can u believe this?? For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
